Nenana Tribal Court will hear cases regarding family well-being, protective orders, custody, and adoptions and guardianships. If you are interested in having Nenana Tribal Court hear your case, please fill out the petition form in detail and submit it to Jeremiah Baker, Deputy Tribal Administrator by email at [email protected] or drop it off at the Nenana Tribal Office. Petitions will be reviewed by the Tribal Court Judges and they will let you know if they've agreed to hear your case or not. Not all petitions will be heard by the Tribal Court due to limited resources.
