The Nenana Native Association is looking for four Tribal Court Judges!
Qualifications for Tribal Court Judges are:
Must be 21 years old, and have not been convicted of any type of felony within the past 5 years or any felony involving murder, sexual offences, or child abuse, ever in their lives, and no judge may hear children’s cases if they have ever been convicted by a state, federal, or tribal court of an offence against a child or any other offences as listed in the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act of 1990.
